TOPIC : CONSEQUENCES OF SPEAKING AGAINST GRACE CARRIERS
Scripture :Numbers 12: 1. And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman.
Beloved I welcome you to another Moment of Daily Encounter with the word of His Grace.
It has been confirmed through the scriptures that any grace you speak against can never work for you! Instead of working for you, it will rather work against you or fight you.
Therefore what the Holy Ghost is saying to us today is, don’t speak against grace carriers because it has consequences.
What are the consequences of speaking against grace carriers?
The consequence of speaking against grace carriers is that grace will always fight.
Everyone that has ever spoken against grace has a sad story to tell both in Bible days and in our contemporary times.
Why will grace fight?
1. Because the Holy Spirit who is also the Spirit of grace hates insults:
Hebrews 10:29 How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?

The Holy Spirit is the sponsor of grace. When you are speaking against grace, you are indirectly insulting the Spirit of grace, and when you insult the Spirit of grace, get ready for the consequences.(Heb. 10:29)
2. The Spirit of grace has no respect for your personal relationship with the grace carrier. The grace carrier could be your brother or sister, father or mother! It could be your childhood friend or class mates. He has no respect for how close you are to the grace carrier, it could be your husband or wife.
This is where those that are married to men of God sometimes run into problems. They insult their husbands because they are seeing the man as their husband and forget that beyond being her husband, he is a grace carrier, a servant of God! The grace has no boundary for insults!
Examples of people that were close to grace carrier but spoke against grace:
A. Michal: She was the wife of David, a grace carrier! She looked at her husband from the window with insults in her heart and the Holy Ghost marked it against her!
2 Samuel 6: 16. And as the ark of the LORD came into the city of David, Michal Saul’s daughter looked through a window, and saw king David leaping and dancing before the LORD; and *she despised him in her heart.
The end of Michal being David ‘s wife was barrenness! That was her report card for insulting her husband in her heart.
B. Miriam and Aaron.(Num. 12:1-13):Miriam was elder sister to Moses. She was the one mandated to monitor what would happen to baby Moses at River Nile(Exo.2:4). She was the one that suggested to Pharaoh’s daughter, “should I call a nurse for you to nurse baby Moses?” (Exo.2:7). Probably because of all these coupled with the fact that she knew when Moses was born and grew up, that made her to have the guts to speak against Moses. Miriam spoke against a grace carrier and the Spirit of grace rose up against her and she became leprous (Num. 12: 1,5-6).
Beloved, are you taking your relationship with the servant of God as basis for talking down the man of God? That you were there when they gave birth to him or you know him when he was growing up can rob you of grace. This is why in Jesus home town they couldn’t receive any serious miracle because they felt we knew him, He was just a common carpenter! (Mark 6:4- 5).
Besides, as at the the time she was speaking against Moses, Moses was not there but the Spirit of grace was there to mark it for her. This is to say when or where you speak against grace is irrelevant, what matters most is that the consequences will catch up with you because there is no distance in the realm of the spirit.
The reason why you are where you are could be because of the way you treated the carrier of grace sent to you in time past!
Remember this:
Heaven is real and hell is real but Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people. Are you prepared?

– Father thank you for your word to me today.
– Lord, I ask for your mercy and forgiveness of sins in any way I have spoken against your anointed one in Jesus name.
Prophetic Declaration:
– I prophesy the release of your hanging/suspended blessings in Jesus name.
– What you have lost by virtue of your carelessness with ay grace carrier, may the mercy of God return them back to you now in the name of Jesus
